We use this information to operate Startup Lab: authenticate accounts, generate and evaluate ideas, save your workspace progress, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Startup Lab may use third-party providers to host the application, run AI analysis, and send transactional email (for example password reset or support delivery). Providers process data only as needed to provide those services.

Security and limitations

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service is perfectly secure. As a private beta, features, storage, and retention practices may evolve.

You are responsible for the content you submit, keeping your account credentials secure, and using the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users’ data.

AI-generated information

AI-assisted analysis and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for decisions you make.

No guarantee of results

Startup Lab does not guarantee business success, revenue, funding, customers, or any financial outcome.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit. Startup Lab and its licensors retain rights to the product, branding, and software. You grant Startup Lab a limited license to process your content to operate the service.

Availability

We aim for reliable availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or provider issues may occur.

Disclaimer / limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startup Lab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Startup Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update the product or these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
